How Do I Hire You?

Hiring a voice actor is simple: request a free quote for custom pricing on your project, or request a free custom audition to hear your script in my voice before you commit. If you want to get on a quick Zoom call to talk about the project instead of messaging back-and-forth, I’m happy to do so! I love getting to meet my clients face-to-face!

How Fast Can I Get my Files?

Need it fast? Rush service is available. For short projects, turnaround is usually within 24-48 hours if not same-day.  If we do a directed session together, you’ll have the files shortly after the session ends. Longer projects will be based on the scope and complexity. Let’s talk!

What Does It Cost?

I quote fair, transparent, industry-standard rates per project. The GVAA Rate Guide can give you an idea of a budget for your project.  Depending on the project, there may be separate session and usage license fees. Working with me directly, or through my agent, means no membership fees and no marketplace markup.

How Does Payment Work?

You’ll receive an invoice through my accounting software. ACH (direct bank transfer) is preferred, and I also accept credit card, PayPal, Venmo, and Wise. Payment is required in advance for first-time clients outside of the US.

Do You Offer Revisions?

I want you to be completely happy with the final product. If I make a mistake – that’s on me; I’ll fix it at no charge. For self-directed sessions one round of minor adjustments for error or delivery is included in the first 10 days after delivery. Directed sessions are our opportunity to get it right, together. For these, we’ll ensure the read meets your needs before the project wraps. If you need a small script update after recording, like a website URL, product name, date, or similar tweak, I’m usually happy to accommodate it. Larger script revisions or rewrites may incur an additional fee.

Are Your Voiceovers AI-Generated?

No. Absolutely not. Every voiceover you get from me is real, human-recorded, and accountable — no voice clones, no AI.

What’s Your Studio Setup?

I record from a dedicated professional home studio in Northern Virginia. I use Sennheiser MKH-416 and Neumann U87/TLM-102 mics and Universal Audio interfaces, so your files arrive clean with minimal processing. I’m available for live remote direction via Source Connect (3.9 or 4.X), Zoom, or Google Meet.
