Need your audio file right away? Let’s get on a quick Zoom call and talk about it. I usually turn small projects around within 24 hours.  If you get me early in the day, it’s probably back to you later the same day.

That means you get clean audio without background noise. We can do a directed session through Source Connect, Zoom, or Google Meet.

Minor Revisions and Pickups

I want you to be completely happy with the final product. If I make a mistake – that’s on me. I’ll fix it at no charge.  For self-directed sessions one round of minor adjustments for error or delivery is included in the first 10 days after delivery.  Directed sessions are our opportunity to get it right, together.  For these, we’ll ensure the read meets your needs before the project wraps.  If you need a small script update after recording, like a website URL, product name, date, or similar tweak, I’m usually happy to accommodate it. Larger script revisions or rewrites may incur an additional fee.

I Don’t Compete on Price

When you hire me, you’re investing in more than a voice. You’re investing in reliability, responsiveness, broadcast-quality audio, and a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. My non-union rates align with the GVAA Rate Guide and current industry standards  I understand that budgets vary, and I’m always happy to have a conversation about finding the right solution. But my goal isn’t to be the cheapest option – it’s to be the option you can trust to get it right. Great voiceover isn’t just about the read. It’s about clear communication, fast turnaround, consistency, and making the production process easy for everyone involved.

You’re not taking a chance on an unknown freelancer from an anonymous listing — you’re hiring an established, agency-represented professional directly, at industry-standard rates, without a platform’s fee sitting between us.

How You Can Help Me

Music! If you’ve already selected the music (or something close) that helps me match the tone that you’re probably looking for.  If you have a rough video (yeah, I know, you don’t want it to see the light of day just yet), it gives me insight into your creative goals.

“Smooth” Copy. Please make sure that all the stakeholders (including Legal) have approved the copy before we start the recording session.  If the script isn’t quite done, I’m happy to provide a “scratch read” for a small fee. Full details on turnaround, revisions, and payment are in the FAQ.
